The model that prompts such a question is based on a “Circus Maximus” model in which Chariot races were run in ancient Rome, where Individual Nations in this example, are run like Chariots. Some are ahead, while some are behind and we are all spectators here.
So no harm for Indians to “copy” the technology obtained by sweat and tears and expense of billions of dollars or rubles over decades by the big Two.
India has a space program that seeks to reap military as well as civilian benefits in this so-called race which there is none.
